Forno (sleep 6) and Colombaia (sleep 8).

A constant feel of freedom fills these ground floor house where large doors invites our guests to move freely inside and out side.
The simple yet sophisticated garden is equipped with elegant teak furniture, creating a cool and comfortable living space where to sip dirks and have meals.
The two apartments can be joined into one to accommodate big groups of friends and large family parties

The swimming pool 6X12 meters is surrounded by a lush lawn, is equipped with 2 very large pergolas. Sun beds and deck chairs make it an ideal retreat from the summer heat.

Both apartments have a private outdoor area where to have meals furnished with teak tables and chairs or benches.
The swimming pool 6×15 meters large is shared with the neighboring house called Cutignolo,
Shopping:
Closest shopping (small supermarket, bar bank post office) is at 5-Km form the house in the small village of Marsiliana. The closest village is Albinia at a distance of 10-Km.

RENTAL POLICY Rates are per week unless otherwise indicated and include electricity, water, weekly change of linen and final cleaning. Extra charges telephone, central heating (which is expensive in Italy) the cost goes from € 26 - € 78 per day according to the size of the house, wood for fireplace. Payment 50% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Security deposit Upon arrival we ask our guests to make out a check of € 260 - 520 depending on the size of the house as a security deposit for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the sojourn the check will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage. Number of beds we cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated. Cancellation by the client the following rates will apply: * 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival * 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival * 100% as from the 59th day before arrival Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period we will of course refund the client accordingly.
