Nelson Goerner at Le Corti………………

La genialità del pianista argentino Nelson Goerner è la protagonista dell’evento ospitato il 30 giugno 2011 a Villa Le Corti dei Principi Corsini, a San Casciano Val di Pesa, località immersa nel cuore della campagna toscana a due passi da Firenze.

Goerner, esibitosi nei teatri di tutto il mondo (il Teatro Colon di Buenos Aires, il Wigmore and Queen Elizabeth Halls in London, il Leipzig Gewandhaus, il Muenchner Herkulessaal e la Sala Verdi di Milano) eseguirà un Concerto di pianoforte in un’atmosfera unica al mondo, tra le mura di una location storica. Intorno, le suggestive bellezze della campagna e dei suoi prodotti di eccellenza, olio e vino. Proprio le “melodie del vino” si uniranno alla grandezza della musica eseguita da Goerner, in uno spettacolo di grande fascino e suggestione.

Nelson Goerner è un pianista argentino: talento eccezionale debutta come solista all’età di 11 anni e vince il suo 1° premio “Franz Liszt” nel 1986. Riceve il primo premio “con distinzione” al Conservatorio di Ginevra nel 1990. Nello stessoanno si aggiudica il 1° premio  Geneva International Musical Execution. La lunga lista delle sue esibizioni tocca, tra gli altri, il Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires ed il Wigmore and Queen Elizabeth Halls in London. Ha suonato con le orchestre più rinomate: dall’Orchestre de la Suisse Romande al Maggio Musicale di Firenze ed all’Orchestre National de France. La sua discografia include le opere di Chopin (Emi Classics) unitamente a Rachmaninov, Liszt, Schumann (Cascavelle)

Vivienne Westwood e Yoox per l’Ethical Fashion Africa Project

dalle ore 21 nella straordinaria location del giardino Corsini, di via della Scala, in scena questo evento d’eccezione che rientra nel calendario di Pitti Uomo 80.

più di 600 ospiti hanno goduto della musica di Nicola Guiducci, dell’ ottimo Rosè Spumante metodo charmat del Principe Corsini, e del giardino illuminato ad hoc, la collezione Ethical Fashion Africa Project  presentata nell’ambiente “agricolo” della grande limonaia ha fatto la sua bella mostra anche dall’esterno come incorniciata nei finestroni rinascimentali, sullo sfondo  video proiezioni.

Artigianato e Palazzo

The XVII^th edition of the craftsmen fair ARTIGIANATO E PALAZZO which will be held the 13^th - 14^th - 15^th of may in the Garden of Palazzo Corsini of Florence

This three days exhibition of approximately 80 craftsmen who recreate their workshops in the beautiful historic formal italian garden and orangeries surrounded by hundreds of lemon trees in terracotta pots and II C.a.d. statues. In these “botteghe” the craftsmen will work and show their skill and secrets explaining ancient and preserved techniques of making bronze, wood, glass, iron, paper, marble objects. This exhibition has been organized since 1995 by Neri Torrigiani and backed by the Princess Giorgiana Corsini with the purpose of promoting the ancient work of the artisans and to show as many guilds as possible from gold leafing to jewel making, from printing to pottery, from scents to hat making, from restoration of marble inlaid furniture to glass making.
