Entirely immersed in the woods, this cosy retreat is full of charm and colour, floor to ceiling french window opening onto the balcony give this property a special feeling.

The large Balcony that runs all long the front of this building is equipped with table and benches from where, whilst having dinner, our guests can fill their senses with the evening melody of singing birds, and the perfume of the typicalmediterranean essences.

The cottage develops entirely on an elevated ground floor, and the architecture of the house invites you to a life outdoors
The clever plan studied by the owner made it possible to make space for a confortable living room with dining area, 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom .
The kitchen opens onto the balcony, and is fully equipped with all modern amenities including dish washer.
The washing machine is in the laundry room at the back of the house.
The house is fitted with central heating which makes it ideal for winter use.

Grounds
The house is surrounded by a wild yet tamed garden that flows gently into the woods. The garden is equipped with deck chairs for afternoon siestas.

Shopping:
Closest shopping (small supermarket, bar bank post office) is at 5-Km form the house in the small village of Marsiliana. The closest village is Albinia at a distance of 10-Km.

Restaurants:
In the immediate vicinity there are excellent restaurants, and many more are to be discovered at no more than a 15 to 20 minutes drive.
