RENTAL POLICY Rates are per week unless otherwise indicated and include electricity, water, weekly change of linen and final cleaning. Extra charges telephone, central heating (which is expensive in Italy) the cost goes from € 26 - € 78 per day according to the size of the house, wood for fireplace. Payment 50% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Security deposit Upon arrival we ask our guests to make out a check of € 260 - 520 depending on the size of the house as a security deposit for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the sojourn the check will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage. Number of beds we cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated. Cancellation by the client the following rates will apply: * 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival * 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival * 100% as from the 59th day before arrival Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period we will of course refund the client accordingly.
