Marsiliana……… a culinary dream

A Culinary dream fro kids and adults……………..

to Sabina, the estate office, and all the staff,
Thank you sooo, soooo much for making all this come true.
My husband and I wanted to celebrate the childrens birthdays in a very special way, give them the experience of a lifetime, a different one, a special one. Thats how we decided to come to Castello di Marsiliana for one week last fall. The cooking course for kids was organized superbly, Gnocchi di patate was their highets hit, once home they showed the rest of our family just how to mix eggs flower salt and potatoes to get the right italian flavour, sage and olive oil were a discovery.
The pizza making has represented a real challenge we all tucked into it like there were no tomorrow, Jasper (age 15) won the contest with a fantastic “pizza quattro stagioni” with all the toppings he could find.
Please say thank you to Jolanda who was so patient and efficient with the housekeeping, feeding us every evening on delicious bruschettas, soups and super deserts.
Renting a Castle is not simple, and Marsiliana with its hilltop view and all the people working for you have made a dream come true, we shall never forget.
